Задержка рейса 1,5 часа, плюс 1,5 часа поиски пропавшего багажа ("спасибо" Аэрофлоту привезли через 2 дня) - водитель дождался, вежливый, останавливался где просили. Все замечательно. Обратно был изменен адрес отъезда (в 10 минутах езды от старого адреса, но по дороге в Софию) попросили дополнительно 10 Евро. Но зато все четко, тот же водитель - по расписанию, аккуратно вежливо. We were told that there was no airport transports (drivers) in Bulgaria. We found Motoroads from AAA and on line. THIS WAS FANTASTIC!!!! We were greeted at the Sofia Airport by our driver Miro with a sign and then we were driven to Haskovo. It was almost a 3 hour drive. He was very pleasant, spoke English and drove us airport to hotel. Then on the day we were leaving we met him at our hotel (again it was Miro) and brought up back to Sofia. He was very kind, pleasant, punctual and a WONDERFUL person. I would recommend him and Motoroads to anyone. This was an excellent service!! Transport

I have never written a review before but was so overwhelmed at the amazing service we had with MotoRoads staff. Our driver picked us up from e airport and drove so carefully through the challenging mountain path, he was also very helpful with the bags and even changed the radio station to an English Channel. he was lovely. I would just like to commend your company for the recent transfer we did from Karnobat to Sofia Airport. I felt the service was excellent. Our driver Peter arrived at 5:40AM (we had book the travel for 6:00AM) which was really nice.He was very friendly and spoke very good English and pointed out various landmarks etc on the drive. Nothing was a problem for Peter - we were travelling with a baby and had to stop a few times and even had a coffee break. His driving was excellent and he stuck to the speed limits and road reules. It was so good to have such a stress free transfer I would definitely recommend and thank this company and especially Peter and will use again. Transport
